ABOUT JOSEPH N. OBIORA

Joseph N. Obiora is the founder of the law firm and has licenses to practice law in three common law jurisdictions of Nigeria, Canada, and the United States. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate law, including representing sellers, buyers and developers of residential and commercial real estates. He has represented institutional lenders in matters relating to real estate based financing including mortgages, loans and closings on real estate transactions.

He is versed in drafting, reviewing documentations relating to residential and commercial real estate contracts of sale, leases and mortgages on behalf of individuals, partnerships and institutions, negotiating short sales, loan modifications and mortgage restructuring, representing clients in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate litigations. He routinely represents clients in personal injury claims, drafting of wills and in all kinds of estate planning. He has been in civil litigation in state courts and in federal District Courts in matters relating to civil rights, police misconduct, aviation, and sundry Federal law issues.
